JUDGMENT

The petitioner was aggrieved with the inaction of the University in permitting scrutiny of the answer paper in the subject in which he failed for one mark. By virtue of an interim order, the petitioner was directed to be permitted scrutiny of his answer paper and permission was also granted by yet another interim order for participation in the Viva voce examination. After scrutiny, it is revealed that the petitioner had passed in the examination. The petitioner's results also have been declared and certificate also has been issued.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents also.

3. In the above circumstances, the writ

WP(C).21558/12 petition would stand disposed of making the interim order absolute and giving effect to the result declared, of the petitioner, since the interim order was provisional and subject to the result of the writ petition.
