J U D G M E N T
Aggrieved by the delay in considering the application for renewal of permit, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

The petitioner, who is the registered owner of a stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL 02 AD/8467, has been issued with a regular permit on the route between Roaduvila and Kollam Andamukku, which was valid till 09.02.2015. He submitted an application for renewal on 21.03.2015 belatedly along with an application for condonation of delay in submitting the renewal application. The petitioner alleges that the delay in submitting the application was due to medical reasons. The petitioner is aggrieved by the non consideration of the renewal application. Hence, this writ petition. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner
W.P.(C) No. 17877 of 2015 ..2..
and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. As the limited prayer in this writ petition is only for a consideration of Ext.P2 application, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
