The petitioner has come up before this Court for a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application for temporary permit in the light of Ext.P3 judgment. 2.
The petitioner alleges that the registered owner of stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL 13/P 6501 operating on the route, Panoor - Valad - Manandhavady - Thalassery - Kannur has abandoned the route and there is vacant timing and nobody else is operating on the said route. According to the petitioner, there is particular temporary need of granting permit under Section 87(1)(C) of the Motor Vehicles Act; and therefore, he applied for temporary permit, for which he offered stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL 13/AA 8699. As the respondent has not granted and issued a temporary permit till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.
