Dated this the 16th day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner who is working as an LPSA in A.L.P.School, Karamel, is aggrieved by the non-approval of her appointment for the period from 05.06.2006 to 14.07.2008. It is her case in the writ petition that she has been agitating the matter before the educational authorities and has now preferred Ext.P10 revision petition before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10 revision petition within a prescribed time frame.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10 revision petition within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
