J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non consideration of Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner for variation of conditions of permit. He alleges that though Ext.P2 application was circulated among the members of the 1st respondent by the 2nd respondent, final orders are not yet passed in the matter. Therefore, seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass final orders on Ext.P2, he has come up before this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Considering the nature of the prayer, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
