Dated this the 16th day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T Aggrieved by a denial of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmistress, the 5th respondent Manager has preferred Ext.P3 revision petition before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 revision petition preferred by the Manager within a specified time frame.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 revision petition after hearing the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent Manager, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition, together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action.
