J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney.

No notice is required to be issued to respondents 1 to 3 in view of the order being passed in this writ petition. 3.
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for a direction to respondents 4 and 5 to provide adequate and meaningful protection to the life of the petitioner from any threat or injury at the hands of respondents 1 to 3 and their men. The petitioner submits that a complaint has been given to the police authorities on 9.6.2015, Ext.P2, making allegations against the first respondent and some other persons.

Learned State Attorney on instructions would submit that the police conducted an enquiry and found that apart from minor incident where an attempt was made to open the gas cylinder and set fire, thereafter, no incident is reported and there is no threat to the life of the petitioner and no other obstruction.
W.P.(C) No.17978 of 2015 -: 2 :- Under such circumstances, we close the writ petition recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned State Attorney.
