J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, who seeks appointment to the post of Assistant Professor at the Milad-E-Sherief Memorial College, Kayamkulam, has preferred Ext.P3 representation before the 1st respondent Manager. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a specified time frame.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent as also the learned Government Pleader for respondents 3 and 4.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, within a period of one month from the date of
