JUDGMENT

On 20.05.2014, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition was posted to 25.05.2015 for final hearing. Thereafter on 26.05.2015, the petitioner sought further time and the case was ordered to be posted to next week. Today when the case was taken up for final hearing, there is no appearance for the petitioner.

In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
