JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application for temporary permit in the light of Ext.P2.

The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 7/AE 8584. The petitioner applied for temporary permit between Mantro Island and Padanayarkulangara in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing NO.Kl 2/Q 799. The petitioner alleges that the original bus is not operating and thus there is temporary need warranting issuance of temporary permit. The petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application. But the same has not been considered so far. It is in this background, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter.
W.P.(C) No.18051 of 2015 -2Considering the nature of submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application in the light of Ext.P2, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as the copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
