Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

No notice is required to be issued to the 3rd respondent in view of the order being passed in the writ petition. 3.
The petitioner has approached this Court alleging police harassment. It is submitted that at the instance of the 3rd respondent, the first respondent has called the petitioner to the police station and unnecessarily harassing him. 4.
Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that on a complaint received from the 3rd respondent, the petitioner was called on 10.6.2015 and after recording his statement, the matter was closed.
In the above view of the matter, we do not see any harassment by police as alleged in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
