The limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to issue varied permit, which is granted as per Ext.P1 with proposed timings in the interest of traveling public, if not settled on 25.06.2015. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
