JUDGMENT

The request of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 request for issuance of clearance certificate in respect of the stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL-3/N 4685.

I heard the learned Government Pleader also.

In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two weeks.
