All that the petitioners seek is easy instalments to pay the defaulted arrears and regularise the mortgage loan. The period of the loan expires in the year 2017 and the outstanding arrears come to about ` 2,10,000/- (as on 10/4/2015).
2. I permit the petitioners to pay the defaulted arrears in 8 equal monthly instalments starting from 31.7.2015. This will be in addition to the equated monthly instalments which the petitioners are otherwise obliged to pay. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P1 series notices shall be put on hold if the petitioners comply with the conditions in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioners commit default in the payment of any one of the instalments as directed.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
