The petitioner was aggrieved with the non-payment of compensation as per the award evidenced by Ext.P1 and modified as per Ext.P2. The respondent Board has filed a counter affidavit contending that the entire amounts have been paid. In such circumstance nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition would stand closed as infructuous leaving open the remedies of the petitioner if at all any further amounts are to be received.
