JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to grant him Explosives Licence irrespective of the pendency of Crime No.132/2009 of Poovar Police Station. He has also sought for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry into Ext.P4 representation and file a report before this Court.
When the case was taken up for final hearing on 25.06.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to ascertain whether Crl.M.C. No.2242/2009 filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the FIR in Crime No.132/2009 of Poovar Police Station is still pending consideration. The Registry has reported that Crl.M.C. No.2242/2009 has already been allowed by judgment of this Court dated 24.09.2009.
W.P.(C) No. /20 Today, when the case was taken up for further consideration, none appears for the petitioner. In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for default. SD/- ANIL K. NARENDRAN, JV JUDGE //TRUE COPY// P.A. TO JUDGE
