JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 request for issuance of clearance certificate before the respondent in respect of stage carriage No.KL-11 AG 8649. He submits that the same may be considered without insisting on surrender of the regular permit. 2.

Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

This Writ Petition is accordingly allowed directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 request for issuance of clearance certificate in respect of stage carriage No.KL-11 AG 8649 without insisting on surrender of the regular permit, within a period of two weeks.
