The petitioner, who has approached this Court aggrieved by the promotion of juniors of the petitioner to the post of Manager (Accounts), has approached the 1st respondent with Ext.P3 representation highlighting his grievance. Essentially the petitioner submits that his seniority, over the persons who have been considered for appointment, has been overlooked by the respondents while considering his juniors for promotion to the post of Manager (Accounts).

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing counsel for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of

W.P.(C).NO.18145/2015 one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition as also a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent, for further action. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE prp
