JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 objection to Ext.P2 notice demanding pole rental charges. The Electricity Board points out that television cables have been drawn along the electric posts unauthorisedly. That is a matter to be decided by the second respondent before whom Ext.P3 objection is pending.
2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P2 notice shall be put on hold in the meanwhile. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner remits one half of the amount demanded thereunder within a period of one month. The Writ petition is disposed of.
