JUDGMENT

The issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered in favour of the petitioners by Exts.P9 and P10 judgments of this Court. Accordingly, the petitioners would also be entitled to the benefit of the said judgments. I, therefore, dispose the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to declare the probation of the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, and to extend the benefit of Provident Fund Scheme to the petitioners with effect from the date of introduction of the Provident Fund Scheme in the organisation. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action.
