JUDGMENT
Aggrieved by the non-consideration, by the Manager, of the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Head Mistress, the petitioner has approached the 1st respondent through Ext.P6 revision petition. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a specified time frame.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition filed by the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
