J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the Anganwadi worker. The petitioner approached this Court seeking following relief. i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding and compelling the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation; ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding and compelling the 2nd respondent to regularize the pre primary education in schools under the Government Department, under private agencies and Anganwadis and pass consequential orders;

iii. declare that the implementation of pre primary section in schools ignoring the existence of Anganwadis in the concerned area is illegal and arbitrary;

The petitioner highlights requirements to start LKG and UKG classes in aided schools and Government schools. 3.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner shall approach the Government as it is a matter of policy to Government decide. Therefore if the petitioner approaches the 2nd respondent with proper representation, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same within four months from the date of receipt of the representation.
