Dated this the 18th day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioners, who are dispensing staff working in different petrol pumps owned and managed by the Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., have approached the 1st respondent with Ext.P3 representation seeking regularization of service and fixation of benefits in the services under the respondent Corporation. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation within a specified time frame.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and the learned Government Pleader for the 1st respondent.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition, together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
