JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to consider Ext.P2 request submitted by the petitioner for revision of his own timings.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is an existing operator on the route Padavarad-Ayyanthole by stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL-2/X 2777. The petitioner has been operating on the route in question with Ext.P1 set of timings issued by order dated 7.7.2006. According to the petitioner, the circumstances which existed when Ext.P1 timings were issued to the petitioner have changed drastically and a new state of affairs/changed circumstances have come into existence. The petitioner had in the said circumstances, had preferred Ext.P2 request for revision of timings before the respondent. The petitioner seeks a positive direction from this Court to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter.
4. Considering the nature of submission, the respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application for revision of timings, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard. Formal orders to this effect shall be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. For a speedy disposal, the petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition and a copy of this judgment before the respondent.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
