Dated this the 18th day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, who is working as Junior Assistant under the 2nd respondent Corporation, has preferred Ext.P2 representation before the 1st respondent in connection with her claim for regularization in service of the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation within a specified time frame.

2. I have heard the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent and the learned Government Pleader for the 1st respondent.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition, together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
