JUDGMENT
The only prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to consider Ext.P3 objection submitted by the petitioner against the proposal submitted by the second respondent for change of timings.
2. The petitioner, who is a stage carriage operator bearing Reg.No.KL-03/P 4822, is holding a regular permit on the route Thrissur and Thriprayar. According to the petitioner, the second respondent filed an application for reducing the running time to 1 hour and 5 minutes and obtained a direction from this Court for consideration of the same. A timing conference is scheduled to be conducted on 24.6.2015. The reduction of running time would seriously create clash of timings; so submitted the learned counsel for the petitioner. Pointing out the above aspects, the petitioner has filed Ext.P3 before the first respondent. The respondents are duty bound to consider
WPC No.18246/2015 2 Ext.P3 objection also while considering the request of the second respondent in the timing conference; so submitted the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks a positive direction from this Court to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the submission, the first respondent is directed to consider Ext.P3 objection also, while settling the timings in the timing conference scheduled to be conducted on 24.6.2015, affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
