This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for police protection alleging threat from respondents 3 to 10. 2.
It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the issues between the parties relate to civil dispute. 3.
Taking into consideration the averments made in the complaint filed by the petitioners, a crime has been registered and after investigation, the matter had been referred. 4.
It is also submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, no untoward incident had been reported. Hence, we close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the police, if there is any further cause of action.
