Seeking for a direction to the respondent to issue clearance certificate by keeping the regular permit under suspended animation, the petitioner has come up before this Court.
2.
The petitioner is a regular stage carriage permit holder on the route between Guruvayur and Palakkad in respect of stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL 09/N 919. The petitioner alleges that as he is intending to replace the above vehicle by a later model vehicle, he submitted Ext.P2 application before the respondent so that he can dispose the vehicle and obtain a suitable vehicle for the operation on the aforesaid route, keeping the permit under suspended animation. However, the respondent has not considered Ext.P2 till date. Hence, the petitioner has come up before this Court.
