J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who is the Manager of an aided Upper Primary School has preferred Ext.P5 revision petition before the 2nd respondent in connection with an approval that is sought to the appointment of a Sanskrit teacher. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision, after hearing the petitioner, within a stipulated time frame.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner
