J U D G M E N T
The complaint of the petitioner is that in spite of repeated complaints revealing cognizable offence, no crime has been registered in the matter by the Parappanangady Police and no investigation has been taken place.
2. It seems that the District Police Chief has intervened in the matter and directed the Station House Officer, Parappanangady to register a crime and investigate the matter on the basis of Exhibit P2. Consequently, Crime No.1080 of 2015 has been filed for the offences under Sections 506 and 511 of 383 IPC. The District Police Chief
W.P.(C).No.18335 of 2015 has reported that the investigating officer has been directed to conduct the investigation expeditiously and to file progress report before him on regular basis.
Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed.
