JUDGMENT
Petitioner is aggrieved by the refusal to register his car. The non-registration is on account of non-production of the relevant documents.
2. In para 4 of the statement filed by the 2nd respondent it is stated as follows:- "In this circumstances that the petitioner submits that original of sale certificate and the temporary permit have been irrecoverably lost, he may have to apply for registration with duplicate obtained from the concerned authorities accompanied by an affidavit sworn before a notary to the effect that the above documents have been irrecoverably lost. If the petitioner submits an application in the above manner accompanied by other requisite documents, his application for registration can be considered." 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will furnish the application accordingly.
On the basis of the above submission this writ petition is closed.
