The petitioner is aggrieved with the notice issued as Ext.P1, which is a notice for conducting survey under the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961, but, however without any description of the property in the said notice. In such circumstance, no proceedings can be taken as per Ext.P1. However, the authority would be entitled to issue a fresh notice with the details shown therein, to the petitioner. Leaving open all contentions of either parties, the writ petition would stand disposed of.
