JUDGMENT

No doubt the resolution appointing the petitioner as the Junior Clerk in the second respondent Society was rescinded on motion made by three members. But then the three members have subsequently withdrawn the complaint and the first respondent has himself permitted the appointment to go on. All that remains is the regularisation of the appointment for which Ext.P5 representation is pending with the first respondent. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
