JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging harassment and cruelty by respondents 4 and 5. No notice is being issued to respondents 4 and 5 in view of the order which we intend to pass.

2. According to the petitioner, she is residing in the house along with respondents 4 and 5, who are her son and daughter-in-law. Her complaint is that she is not given food and she is being threatened by respondents 4 and 5.

3. The issue between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 appears to be a family dispute. They are residing in the same building. The Police cannot interfere in such issues. However, if any offence is committed or there is attempt to commit offence, on the
