JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate order or direction commanding the respondents to release the petitioner's husband named Nazeer from Central Prison after commuting his sentence, forthwith. (ii) Issue appropriate writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper from time to time for this petitioner to attain the ends of justice.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits, on instructions, that the convict has already been released from prison on 08.09.2014, on conclusion of 10 years' imprisonment. The said submission is recorded.

In the said circumstances, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are called for.
