JUDGMENT
Challenging the staff fixation order for the year 2014-2015, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 revision petition before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 revision, within a specified time frame. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 revision petition preferred by the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for further action.
