JUDGMENT

The petitioner is now working as Deputy Chief Cabin Crew in Air India. She has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7 representation dated 28.05.2015 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. The petitioner has also sought a declaration that, she is eligible to be promoted to the grade of Deputy Chief Cabin Crew from the date on which her batch-mates and juniors were promoted to that grade.

2. Heard arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner as also so the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

Considering the fact that, Ext.P7 representation submitted by the petitioner claiming that she is eligible to be promoted to the grade of Deputy Chief Cabin Crew from the date on which her batch-mates and juniors were already promoted is pending

W.P.(C) No.18484/2015 consideration before the 1st respondent, this writ petition is disposed of, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, by directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7 representation, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
