JUDGMENT

The matter is in the disposal list. No representation for the petitioner.

This Court by interim order dated 23.7.2008 directed the respondents not to construct the road through the petitioner's property unless it is acquired through land acquisition proceedings or after obtaining consent from the writ petitioner.

This Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of making the interim order absolute. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of making the interim order already granted absolute.
