JUDGMENT

The petitioner complains that Ext.P2 application for reissue of temporary permit in respect of stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL-11 S 6377 in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL-9K 4916 plying on the route Korachipadi-Pulassery has not been considered.

Heard the learned Government Pleader.

There shall be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application for re-issue of temporary permit in respect of stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL-11 S 6377, within a period of two weeks. Till then, status quo shall be continued.

The Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.
