JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-09-M-4501 on the route Perinthalmanna - Tirur. It is contended that subsequent to the allotment of timings to the petitioner, several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed and, therefore, the petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application for revision of timings before the respondent. Petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application.

2.Heard the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application, with notice to the petitioner and all
