JUDGMENT

The petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application for substitute permit for his vehicle bearing registration No.KL-07-AF-2693, in the vacancy of defaulted service bearing registration No.KL-40-D-9679 on the route of Poothotta - Aluva. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances and in the light of Ext.P2 judgment, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application for temporary permit and to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 within a period of two weeks taking note of Ext.P2 judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
