JUDGMENT

The writ petitioner seeks a writ commanding the respondents to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.1161 of 2014 of Chavara police station. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, a statement has been filed by the Sub Inspector which indicates that the investigation is proceeding and has reached its final stage. In the light of the above, I find that no further relief is to be granted and the original petition is closed accordingly. Sd/- SUNIL THOMAS Judge Sbna
