J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of Ext.P5 representation filed before the additional 3rd respondent. Ext.P5 is dated 30.06.2015. The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of Ext.P5 representation.

2. In such circumstances, the additional 3rd respondent shall consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of hearing, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as to the merits of the case.

Writ petition is disposed of.
