J U D G M E N T
The services of the petitioner was initially regularised with effect from 5.3.2001. But later the benefit of regularisation was altered to be effective from 1.1.2003 only. The petitioner contends that such alteration was without notice to him and other affected parties.
2. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P5 representation with the second respondent. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation within a period of two months. The petitioner as well as the first respondent shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
