J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the objection raised regarding territorial jurisdiction of this Court to entertain the claim on the basis of an incident which happened in the State of Tamil Nadu, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate competent court. Permission is granted. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the right of the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate competent court.
