---------------------------------- W.P. (C) No. 18573 of 2015 (V) ---------------------------------- Dated this the 22nd day of June, 2015.
JUDGMENT
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioners have a grievance against the appointment of the 5th respondent as the Convener of the Administrative Committee.
In fact, assailing Ext.P3 appointment order, the petitioners are said to have submitted Ext.P6 representation before the second respondent. Seeking expeditious disposal of Ext.P6, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition.
3. Though the 5th respondent, an affected person, and also the 6th respondent have not been put on notice, in terms of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader,
W.P.(C). No. 18573/2015 -2the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioners' Ext.P6 representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the 5th respondent, apart from any other affected parties, and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. sd/- DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, JUDGE.
