J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is working as Driver Grade-I in the first respondent Corporation. The petitioner seeks promotion to the post of Vehicle Supervisor. The petitioner apprehends that his juniors would be promoted overlooking his seniority.

2. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation within two months. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
