JUDGMENT
The petitioner is conducting business in the sale of quarry stones with valid licence issued from the 2nd respondent/panchayath. The grievance of the petitioner is that on 30.03.2015, the petitioner has submitted an application to renew the licence for quarrying, before the 1st respondent. But the same did not turn out to be fruitful. On 12.05.2015, the 2nd respondent issued Ext.P11 letter directing the petitioner to produce various other documents. According to the aforesaid direction, the petitioner submits that he has produced all the documents. The only prayer now pressed before this Court is for a direction to the Panchayath to consider and pass orders on his application submitted on 30.03.2015, which is referred to in Ext.P11. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction. In

case the petitioner has submitted an application on 30.03.2015 which is referred in Ext.P11 and has submitted the requisite documents, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
