JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is aggrieved by the delay in considering his application for regular permit, despite a direction from this Court, has submitted Ext.P5 application for temporary permit in respect of his vehicle bearing registration No.KL10M-2617 plying on the route Cherplassery - Karingalathani via Muriyamkanny.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 application submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of.
