JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the unauthorised parking of the auto rickshaws in front of his supermarket, causing hindrance to the ingress and egress to his shop. The petitioner has submitted several representations before the respondents pointing out his grievances. Among that, Ext.P2 is one submitted before the Regional Transport Officer, requesting for appropriate action in the matter.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties including the Grama Panchayath and all those
